This family was deeply tied to the Coronado community and raised generations in this beautiful home. *There are many Native cultural art pieces and artifacts at this sale. Momento recognizes that Coronado is Kumeyaay land. We have consulted with a resource from the community that has informed us the articles at this sale were all either purchased legally as collectables or offered as gifts to John Ralph Thomas (the most recent family member to reside in this home who is of Cherokee descent.) At the completion of this sale, Momento will be donating to a local outlet that financially supports underserved native student populations. We respectfully welcome further communication or instruction from the Native population if you feel we are in error in our approach.
